PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit stabilization and high-load treatment by a method wherein reaction in the treating furnace of slurry type substances consisting of sewage slurry or the like is quicken and the uniformity of treating load is improved. ;SOLUTION: A slurry type substance finely-dividing and dispersing device 10 is provided with an inner tube 12, provided at the central part of the device and through which fluid 11 flows, and a fluid injection unit 14, provided at the tip end of the inner tube 12 and injecting the fluid 11 from a fluid injecting port into a furnace. Slurry 16 flows through a space 15 between the inner peripheral surface of the inner tube 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the injection unit 14. The fluid 19 flows through a space 18 between the outer peripheral surface of the central tube 17, injecting the slurry 16 into the furnace, and the inner peripheral surface of an outer tube 22. Further, the outer tube 22, injecting the fluid 19 from a fluid injecting port, formed on an annular plate 20 connecting the end part of the central tube 17 and the end part of the outer tube 22, into the furnace, is provided. In this case, the fluid injection ports, formed on the surface of the annular plate 20, are provided with the slanting angle (or injecting angle) of O-90 degrees with respect to the axial direction of the outer tube 22. Accordingly, the fluid 19 is injected to a direction, slanted to the inside of the injection angle with respect to the axial direction of the outer tube 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
