3 layers of each material is given, the present invention comprises a multilayer structure having a triple layer of at least one. One such material is from a group comprising lanthanum-based alloy, lanthanum or lanthanum oxide, the second material is disposed between the first material and a third material. The second material is from a group comprising silicon carbide carbon, silicon, boron, or boron carbide. The third material is from the group comprising boron or boron carbide. Alternately, to improve its water resistance by adding a fourth material, and further strengthen the multilayer structure. The fourth material is selected from the group comprising silicon carbide, boron carbide, or boron. The fourth material is disposed between the first layer (n-1) th cycle and the third layer of the n-th cycle.
