PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject butane compound having a powdery form free from organic solvent and water, having high melting point, excellent fluidity and good handleability and free from the problems of odor and hygiene. ;SOLUTION: This tris(2-methyl-4-hydroxy-5-t-butylphenyl)butane has a new crystal structure characterized by an X-ray diffraction pattern having a sharp diffraction peak at a diffraction angle 2θ=18.04° by Cu-Kα X-ray diffraction analysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
