THE DEGREE OF CRYSTALLINITY OF MULTICOMPONENT POLYMERS BY X-RAY DIFFRACTION ANALYSIS

摘要

Based on the X-ray scattering intensity theory,the correction factors of thedegree of crystallinity formulae of the multicomponent polymers have been clearly defined.Theformula of degree of erystallinity of the multicomponent polymers was derived in terms of theWAXD theory ahd improved graphic multipeak resolution methods.The results calculated arecompatible with the density measurement.
