PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a medical multilayer molding practical in the aspect of a cost, moldability or the like, and also improve an anti-thrombogenic property by constituting a polyalkyl aryl ether copolymer of a repetitive unit expressed by the two specific formulas. SOLUTION: A polyalkyl aryl ether copolymer is mainly composed of a repetitive unit expressed by formula I (-[-O-Ar1 -Z-Ar2 -O-Ar3 -]-) [here, Ar1 , Ar2 and Ar3 are the same with or different from each other, and are a bivalent aromatic hydrocarbon radical which may have a substitutional group, and Z is (C=O or SO2 )] or a repetitive unit expressed by formula II (-[-(-OR-)n -O- Ar3 -]-) [here, R is an alkylene group having the carbon number of 2 or 3, or is a combination of it and an alkylene group having the carbon number of 4, and (n) is the number of which molecular weight of a unit shown by [-(-OR-)n ] falls within a range of 400 to 20,000].
