PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in operations to wind a long seedling mat into a rolled shape by smoothly conveying the long seedling mat so as to pass in the longitudinal direction. ;SOLUTION: This winding apparatus for a long seedling mat 1 is obtained by supporting a winding reel 35 on upwardly opened grooves 36a in a pair of left and right supporting arms 36 on the top surface side on both the left and the right sides of an endless belt 25 stretched over a pair of front and rear supporting rollers 22 and 23 so as to enable the rotation and vertical movement and is capable of finishing the long seedling mat 1 into a seedling roll 10 while moving the undersurface of the long seedling mat 1 having the starting end thereof attached to a winding reel 35 by rotation and driving with the endless belt 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
