PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood reserving tank with a blood reserving member for blood transfer, which can change the blood transfer flow rate in accordance with a quantity of reserved blood when the quantity of blood reserved in the blood reserving tank becomes less than at least a predetermined value, and a blood transfer unit for an extracorporeal blood circulating circuit arranged downstream of the blood reserving tank. SOLUTION: A blood reserving tank 1 with blood reserving members for blood transfer, communicated with a blood outlet port of a blood reserving tank part 2, and adapted to discharge the blood therefrom by externally pressing thereof. These members 3a, 3b reserves the blood by a quantity depending upon a level of the blood in the blood reserving tank part 2 when the quantity of the blood reserved in the blood reserving tank part 2 becomes less than at least a predetermined value.
