PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten measuring time and to surely measure during intermittent operation, without causing a device to be measured which operates intermittently to operates continuously during measurement of a spectrum.;SOLUTION: When measuring the spectrum of the device to be measured which operates intermittently at a prescribed cycle, the spectrum is measured by setting sweep time for the spectrum measurement, based on the cycle and time of the intermittent operation. In addition, a repeating times of measurement is set based on a measuring frequency band width, the cycle and time of the intermittent operation, and the spectrum is measured, corresponding to the set sweep time and the number of times of measurement repeated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
