PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a water leakage inspection without generating the leakage of water from a crack or the like generated in a connected water supply conduit and so forth, in inspecting the water leakage of a connected water supply conduit facility.;SOLUTION: The water leakage inspection at a first stage using pressurized air is performed by supplying the pressurized air into the connected water supply conduit 1 and by measuring a variation in the pressure of the air in the connected water supply conduit 1. The pressurized air is then supplied into a water tank 12, and the water sent out from the water tank 12 is sent into the connected water supply conduit 1. The water leakage inspection at a second stage using the pressurized water is performed by measuring a variation in the pressure of the water in the connected water supply conduit 1. When the crack or the like is generated in the connected water supply conduit, the crack can be detected by the water leakage inspection at the first stage without using the water, and a large damage to the surroundings due to a large amount of water leakage from the crack part can be prevented, in inspecting the water leakage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
