PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation device, easily capable of determining stored matters which have possibilities of generating the deterioration of quality, such as taint due to freezing and the like, simply, realizing energy saving and capable of being built at a place convenient in traffics, such as a vicinity of the place of consumption. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional warehouse is provided with a cold insulation box 1 for retaining stored matters, such as fishes and the like, in a low- temperature condition, a refrigerating machine 5 for lowering the temperature in the cold insulation box 1, a measuring means for measuring the internal temperature of the cold insulation box 1 at every predetermined times, and a measurement recording device 10, having a recording means for recording automatically the measuring results of the measuring means for a long period of time.
