PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a dockmackie juice by squeezing or extracting the fruits of the dockmackie belonging to the genus Vibornum of Caprifoliaceae, which has almost not been utilized as a beverage, and a dockmackie-squeezing device having a new structure and used for the same method. SOLUTION: The method for producing the dockmackie juice comprises grinding the harvested fruits of the dockmackie, recovering, preserving the fruits at a normal temperature for approximately 20 days in a proper container 6 for maturing, passing all of the material in the fruit juice-recovering container 6 through various filters or squeezing by putting the material in a linen bag, or the like, performing a heat sterilization of the juice transferred to a heating container by heating at =93 deg.C for =3 min, bottling it while keeping =85 deg.C temperature, performing a hot water sterilization at =80 deg.C for =20 min after sealing with lids and then cooling to make a bottled juice.
