PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate wear or the like on a bore surface due to oil dilution when an engine is cold by rotating a fuel injection valve according to a state of engine temperature, and in time of the engine cold as well as after the warmup, strengthening each spray penetrating force at both upper and lower sides from an axis of the fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: A control unit 24 controls a rotating actuator 21 according to a state of engine temperature, rotating a fuel injection valve 10. After the warmup of an engine, a center F of fuel injection is deflected to an upper side of an axis L of the fuel injection valve 10, and thereby a spray penetrating force at the upper side of the axis L is strengthened. Further in time of a stratified combustion, fuel injection takes place at a position where a piston 3 is lowered, but after the warmup, since a temperature in a bore surface 2 is high, fuel stuck to this bore surface 2 is evaporated at once, where by there is no problem on oil dilution at all. In time of the engine cold, the fuel injection valve 10 is rotated, and the center F of fuel injection is deflected to the lower side than the axis L of the fuel injection valve 10, and the spray penetrating force at the lower side than the axis L of the injection valve 10 is strengthened, whereby such a fear that a fuel spray is stuck to the bore surface 2 is avoided.
