PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display images included in an electronic album as a slide show with configuration and sequence different from the configuration and sequence on the video stream that has already created.;SOLUTION: An electronic-album displaying system is provided with a video stream storing part for storing a video stream including a plurality of images as frame images, a playback unit operable to play the video stream, a remote controller operable to remotely control the playback unit and a display unit operable to display the video stream, wherein the remote controller includes a schedule storing unit that stores a schedule by which images are played, a photo detecting part having directivity in an almost similar direction to the direction of the remote controller to the display unit, an image change detecting part for detecting timing at which displayed images are changed, and a remotely operating part that synchronizes with the timing at which the displayed images are changed to remotely operate the playback unit in order to play respective images according to the schedule.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
