PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the ventilation of an under-floor space by preventing the leakage of melted snow in winter season without requiring running cost in a non-snow sweeping roof (M-type roof) having horizontal gutters.;SOLUTION: An extension convection space A is disposed along the lower surface of the horizontal gutters R0 laterally installed on the lower end part of a sloped roof R. A vertical gutter 19 is vertically installed from the horizontal gutters R0 downward, and a ventilation pipe 20 separating from the vertical gutter 19 is disposed to communicate the convection space A to an under-floor space SB to upwardly flow air in the under-floor space SB into the convection space A by stack effect in the ventilation pipe 20 and flow the air along the lower surface of the horizontal gutter R0 to be discharged to the outside.
