PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote thermal insulation heat reserving efficiency while taking advantages of an air circulation construction method and a venting structure, at the same time, provide a structure of a building for making use of inside heat energy efficiently, at the same time, further control an indoor environment inside the building by providing a part passing through outside vent layers at inside vent layers and to form a favorite indoor thermal environment. ;SOLUTION: A foundation thermal insulation structure is so constituted that cloth inside thermal insulating boards 5 are stretched to the inside of a cloth section constituting a peripheral surface strip footing 1 in the direction of the plane and, at the same time, that mat foundation upper surface thermal insulating boards 60 coming into contact with the cloth inside thermal insulating boards and covering at least a part of a mat foundation section are stretched to the upper surface of mat foundation section 30. In that case, outside vent layers 4a and inside vent layers 7 divided by thermal insulating materials are provided to the indoor sides of exterior wall materials 4a and roof materials 4b. Then, air circulating both bent layers is not substantially circulated in a building including wall parts, air circulating the inside vent layers 7 is always circulated in an attic space divided into insulation from the roof materials 4b of the building by the thermal insulating materials and, at the same time, it is always circulated while bringing into contact with the mat foundation in an underfloor space having the mat foundation cast in the mat foundation part surrounded by the peripheral surface strip footing 1 insulated by the inside and a foundation body erected discontinuously on the mat foundation from the peripheral surface strip footing inside of the peripheral surface strip footing 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
