PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system which can stably generate, store, and supply a methane hydrate.;SOLUTION: The methane hydrate generation device of the present invention, where a gaseous hydrocarbon and water are stored, comprises a cooling tank 2 which carries out cooling by brine, a gas supply means which supplies the hydrocarbon to the cooling tank through an inclined micro gas bubbler 6 made of a porous material, a spraying means which sprays water to the cooling tank, a stirrer 9 which stirs the gas and the water, a dehydrator 60, and a molding device 61, wherein the gas and the water are circulated in the cooling tank and molded into a pellet shape by dehydration-solid-molding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
