摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for gas shield metal arc welding of low-alloy heat resisting steel of excellent welding workability for preventing generation of ferrite band even after high-temperature PWHT (post weld heat treatment) for a long time, suppressing degradation of tensile strength, and obtaining a weld metal of excellent toughness.;SOLUTION: Flux is filled in a steel shell. The wire contains, by per cent for total mass of the wire, ≤ 0.20% C, 0.06-1.10% Si, 0.55-1.60% Mn, ≤ 2.60% Cr, 0.30-1.50% Mo, 0.20-1.50% Mg, 0.005-0.035% N, and 0.001-0.020% B. The flux contains 4.2-8.2% TiO2, and 0.025-0.55% fluoride (in terms of F) for total mass of the wire. The content of Al, Nb and V for total mass of the wire are regulated to be ≤ 0.50%, ≤ 0.015%, and ≤ 0.015%, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
