PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double cassette rolls type roll forming apparatus capable of performing a replacement work of the cassette roll without suspending the forming, capable of improving productivity, and capable of executing the replacement work of the cassette roll, staying on the safe side without impairing productivity even if the operator is inexperienced.;SOLUTION: Two units of the cassette roll 2 composed of a plurality of forming roll stock 3 to form a rectangular pipe and a die steel from a flat steel bar are provided jointly in parallel from side to side and freely detachably in the apparatus main body 1 and at the same time, a driving device 5 to drive each forming roll stock 3 in the apparatus main body 1 is provided freely detachably in the horizontal forming roll stock 3 and further, to adjust the horizontal cassette roll 2 to the center C of the forming line, the apparatus main body 1 is composed freely movable in the horizontal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
