PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a vaccine capable of producing good antibody response without using an immunopotentiator by transplanting an epitope of an immunodeficient virus to plural sites in a hypervariable region of an immunoglobulin and preparing an epitope molecule transplantation antibody. ;SOLUTION: An epitope such as a peptide, obtained from a V3 sequence of one or more human immunodeficient viruses and having an amino acid sequence represented by formula I or II is transplanted to plural sites in a hypervariable region of an immunoglobulin such as IgG to prepare an epitope molecule transplantation antibody. Thereby, a vaccine against the human inmmunodeficient viruses is obtained.
