PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary automatic malted rice production device excellent in sanitariness, enabling to easily wash the floor surface of a lower chamber and a discharge chute and further enabling the perfect automatization of a process for producing the malted rice, by removing a central cylinder from the floor surface of the lower chamber severally contaminated with microorganisms and introducing a pipe conveyer excellent in the sanitariness. ;SOLUTION: In this malted rice-producing device provided with a circular culture bed 4 in a malted rice-producing chamber 2 formed from a heat- insulating wall 1, an upper chamber 2A and a lower chamber 2B are formed on and under the culture bed 4, respectively, and a central cylinder 5 is perpendicularly disposed from the center of the culture bed 4 to the ceiling of the upper chamber 2A.
