PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation level adjuster on a sill slab having un uneven top surface and a foundation level adjusting method capable of facilitating fine and highly accurate adjustment within a short period of time at a low cost.;SOLUTION: The foundation level adjuster includes a fixed member 13 having a cylindrical section 13b forming a female screw erected from a collar 13a fixed to a horizontal member 12 and a movable member 14 forming a male screw screwed to the female screw erected from a collar 14a abutted on the sill slab and having a column 14b providing an engaging thread 14d for rotating a screw to the front end of the male screw, the fixed member 13 is fixed to the horizontal member 12, and the male screw of the movable member 14 is screwed to the inside of the female screw.
