Training and relaxation device consists of a quadratic couch, whose base plate can be displaced in oscillation. The oscillation causes a horizontal lateral movement, which can be adjusted at each level (10-30hz). Training and relaxation device are provided with belts (2a,2b), with which lower legs can be fixed.
