PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealant consisting mainly of a tacky liquid compound having a specified chemical structure not swelling gasket as a constituent part of the flange bracket of car trunk lid. ;SOLUTION: This sealant composition is obtained by compounding a synthetic material as the main component with a filler or the like, wherein the synthetic material is obtained by mixing a polypropylene glycol monoether having an average molecular weight of 2,800 with MDI in the molar ratio of 2, adding 0.03% tin octoate as a catalyst to the mixture and then reacting at 80°C for 3 h.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
