PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator that allows for fine adjustment of the frequency after resin molding, a manufacturing method therefor, a mobile phone and an electronic apparatus using the piezoelectric oscillator.;SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator includes a resonator package in which a piezoelectric resonator element 32 is housed, and a semiconductor device 80 in which an oscillation circuit that is electrically connected to the resonator package 30 is incorporated.
