PSOLUTION: A terminal unit 2a installed in an office 21 for river erosion and torrent control works, a terminal unit 3a installed in a headquarter office 22 for disaster measures in a city, town, and village office, and a server 4a installed at a site for providing information for protection against disasters to collect data related to sediment disaster and manage the information in a unified manner are mutually connected through the Internet 11. The information that the office 21 for river erosion and torrent control works grasps through the Internet and the information that the headquarter office 22 for disaster measures in the city, town, and village office grasps are collected and managed in the server 4a installed at the site 23 for providing information for protection against disasters to give an evacuation advice to inhabitants 27 speedily when the occurrence of sediment disaster is predicted.
