PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply charge an electric vehicle. SOLUTION: A primary coil 31 connected to a charging power source is protruded on the wall face W of a parking garage, an electric vehicle E is advanced toward the wall face W, and it is parked while the primary coil 31 is stored in a storage case 11 below a front bumper. A pressure switch 40 provided in a cushioning material 39 is operated to detect the existence of the vehicle E, and the primary coil 31 is excited. The secondary coil 14 is provided above the primary coil storage case 11, a voltage is generated by the electromagnetic induction action, and a battery device is charged.
