PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid clogging of a net body for selection and to prevent selection ability from being decreased by providing the front stage of a winnowing part with an awning machine wherein a rotational shaft is provided in a machine frame with a grain feeding hole and a number of stirring blades are radially projected out from the upper part side to the lower part side of this rotational shaft to perform processing for awning of a grain with a rachis-branch. ;SOLUTION: A rough selection machine provided on a load receiving process of a country elevator, etc., consists of a winnowing part (a) and a shaking selection part (b) and the winnowing part (a) has a winnowing passage 17 and a suction fan 18 is connected with the inclined top side of the winnowing passage 17. In this case, an awning machine (c) wherein a rotational shaft 30 is stood in a machine frame 29 with a grain feeding hole 28 at the winnowing part (a) and a number of stirring blades 31 are radially projected out from the upper part side to the lower part side of the rotational shaft 30 to perform awning processing of grain with rachis-branches, is installed. It is possible thereby that raw unhulled rice fed into the awning machine (c) from the grain feeding hole 28 is guided onto the rotational trace of the stirring blades 31 from a guiding plate 35 and while it is lowered from the upper part side to the lower part side, processing for awning and a rachis-branch of the unhulled rice is performed by the stirring blades 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
