PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease for a rolling bearing for high temperature, high- speed rotation, and high load which prevents a rolling bearing used under a severe condition from reaching the end of life in an early stage due to fatigue, for long life, and to provide a long life grease-sealed rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load which does not reach the end of life due to fatigue in an early stage even if it is used under a severe condition.;SOLUTION: Related to grease for a rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load, lubricating base oil containing at least poly olefin synthetic oil or diphenyl ether synthetic oil is added with an urea inflator and organic molybdenum compound.
