PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal obligated person managing system facilitating management of a waste disposal obligated person who should dispose waste, and enabling proper disposal by preventing unlawful dumping.;SOLUTION: A plurality of RFID non-contacting IC tags 102 are buried in an object 100 to be abandoned. A registration demanding terminal 200 sends an obligated person ID inputted by an input portion 206 and tag information red by a tag information reading portion 202 to a registration server 300 with a registration demand, and indicates a received registration renewal ID when receiving the registration renewal ID by the above mentioned sending. The registration server 300 generates the registration renewal ID when receiving the registration demand and determining that obligated person identity information corresponding to the received obligated person ID is memorized in an obligated person identity information registration DB 304, and registers the received obligated person ID in an obligated person ID registration DB 306 so as to correspond to the received tag information and the generated registration renewal ID.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
