PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance by promoting the condensing of a refrigerant. ;SOLUTION: A connecting wall on which a plurality of refrigerant paths 12... are formed across the width thereof is provided in flat tubes 2... and an opening part 14 is provided on the connecting wall to allow moving of a refrigerant between the refrigerant paths 12.... In a heat exchanger for condensing the refrigerant, the flat tubes 2... are so inclined that the windward side thereof in the width wise direction thereof is positioned above the lee side thereof.
