Antibacterial composition, feed for livestock or poultry using the same, and method for feeding the same

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antibacterial composition substitutable for antibiotics, enabling cattle and poultry to easily take since a little quantity to be mixed with feed is required, giving no harmful effect to growth of cattle and poultry, usable in common with cattle and poultry, easy to handle at the spot, effective for prophylaxis for Clostridium perfringens disease, coli bacillosis and salmonellosis of cattle and poultry, to provide feed for cattle and poultry effective for prophylaxis for the bacterial diseases using the antibacterial composition, and to provide an effective method for feeding the feed. PSOLUTION: This antibacterial composition comprises 46-66 wt.% of citric acid, 5-15 wt.% of formic acid, 2-12 wt.% of lactic acid and/or proprionic acid and 27-33 wt.% of carrier. The antibacterial composition at 0.05-0.3 wt.% is mixed with the feed of cattle and poultry and the mixed feed is fed to cattle and poultry for at least 7 days so as to prevent the bacterial diseases.
