PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform convergence calculation in consideration of time increment items of respective equations related to heat and flow. SOLUTION: A time is advanced by t from time tn to rotate respective blocks around a screw shaft by t quantity and the deformation of mesh data is performed so that the surface of one block enters the screw part in the outer block in the meshing part of flights (step S1-S5) and viscosities on the respective lattice points of mesh data at time tn+1 are calculated and a flow velocity field is calculated by solving an equation of motion and a Poisson's equation is solved to calculate pressure increments on the respective lattice points of the mesh data to correct flow velocity and a temp. field is calculated by solving an energy equation (step S6-S10) and particle position coordinates in an analyzing region are detected to perform the interpolative calculation of flow velocity of particles and the particles are moved at the flow velocity and a time is advanced by t to continue a loop until all of physical quantities within two blocks become a cyclic non-steady state (steps S11, S12).
