摘要

To clarify the enzyme that is responsible for a wide range of resolution for the aromatic hydrocarbon cyclo class Tikka scan bacteria, utilize biochemical conversion of aromatic hydrocarbons, decomposition, to purify the enzyme. Aromatic dioxygenase genes obtained from cyclo-class Tikka scan genus A5 strain, and environment contaminated with aromatic compounds and process for producing aromatic compounds hydroxylated using microorganisms introduced and expressing this gene cluster method of purifying.
