PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uncurling device for roll paper capable of uncurling the roll paper without being directly abutted on a printing face of the roll paper.;SOLUTION: This uncurling device for the roll paper is provided with a holding roller 37 for holding the roll paper P, and a guide member 41 positioned near the downstream of the holding roller and having guide face 39 abutted on the non-printing face side of the roll paper for curving the roll paper to a side opposite to the curling tendency of the roll paper.
