PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely reduce noise to an audio signal caused by digital signal output making a control instruction. SOLUTION: When digital data making the control instruction to a signal processor 3 from a controller 1 is not outputted longer than a prescribed time interval, a pseudo control instruction is outputted from a pseudo instruction generator 2 to the processor 3 and the inputting intervals of digital data to the processor 3 including this pseudo control instruction are made shorter than a prescribed time. As the result of it, the frequency spectrum of noise caused by the output of this digital data can be made larger than a prescribed frequency, namely out of the frequency band of an audio signal outputted from the processor 3 to substantially reduce noise giving influence to an audio signals.
