PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a treatment tool for an endoscope free from the fear of folding and bending of a coil at the joining part of the coil and a wire with high working efficiency. SOLUTION: The pitch of the coil is expanded at a site separated a little from the treatment tool side tip of the coil to form a gap. The coil and the wire are heated and melted at the gap part to be joined.
