Alternatively, light is directed onto the biomolecular microarray obtained and reflected light is measured from the biomolecular microarray; a biomolecular probe-fixing spot having a light-reflecting layer spot is specified from differences in the intensity of the light reflecting off of the biomolecular microarray; excitation light is directed only onto the scope of the specified biomolecular probe-fixing spot and measuring the fluorescence; and fluorescence data are obtained from the scope of the specified spot.
