The invention relates to a burner which ensures stable burning within wide range in operation of high to low loading, even when low quality solid fuel such as brown coal is used, and in addition fluegas is used in its capacity of supply gas. The burner is supplied with openings or nozzles for additional air (12) fitted on the inner surface wall of the fuel nozzle (11) so that the air would run along this internal surface. The amount of air supplied across the openings or the nozzles for additional air (12) can be adjusted depending on the loading during the burning. At low loading, the air amount supplied across the openings or nozzles (12) is increased and the oxygen concentration in the recirculation zones (19) formed along the course of the flow after the output of nozzle (11) ensures table combustion. At higher loading, the air amount supplied across the openings or nozzles (12) is reduced and ensures the formation of a flare (torch) in a place away from nozzle (11) thus preventing any heat radiation over the parts of burner (42) for solid fuel (coal) and the walls of the furnace (41).
