"The identification, monitoring and treatment of infectious disease and characterization of inflammatory conditions related to infectious disease using gene expression profiles.Method is provided in various methods to determine a group of profile data for persons with infectious disease or inflammatory conditions related to infectious disease based on U.A sample of the person, in which the sample provides a source of RNAs. The method includes employing amplification to evaluate the amount of RNA corresponding to at least two constituents of Table 1.The group profile data includes the evaluation of each constituent, and the amplification is performed under conditions of assessment that are substantially repeatable.
