"Protective tube special for thermocouples in applications in the calcination furnaces.Characterized by resistance to attacks of the gases to the high temperature and mechanical shock is a wonderful | hereinafter called 'tube of special protection' has the following characteristics such asFollowing is a tube of stainless steel AISI 310 whose sym external is 33.4 mm with wall 3.00 mm with a length of 850 mm that has at the end a massive piece with alloy coating Stellite 1 and length of 150 mm. The thickness of the coating is approximately 2.0 mm.The sym external part is equal to the tube of 850 mm length.The massive piece has a central hole of 16.5 mm to house the ceramic inner tube (pytagoras or high alumina), as shown in Figure 1.The tip of the massive piece coated with the alloy is rounded.The form that allowed the successful application of protective tube special for the measurement of high temperature in calcination furnaces without suffering damage.The opposite end of the rounded tip, in the case, tube of 850 mm, threaded or inserted to a head that has a terminal block for electrical connections, cable gland, screwing cap.The materials of the printheads can be cast aluminium or cast iron, depending on the environmental conditions of the site of application.The basic dimensions of the parts can be seen in figures 1,2,3 and 4. Notes: in Figure 1, item 2 is the weld of the tip to the tube of 850 mm long, with a total length L 1.000 mm. 3 = Stellite coating 1.
