The invention relates to the compounds of formula I, wherein R1 and R7 are as defined in the claims. Medicines containing compounds of this type are useful in preventing or treating various diseases. Such compounds are used among other things to treat renal diseases such as acute or chronic renal failure, biliary function disorders, breathing disorders such as snoring or sleep apnea or stroke.
