In the manufacture of a medicament useful for the treatment of diseases manifesting themselves in and/or damaging cutaneous tissue, cyanoacrylates (I) are used. R : 1-10C alkyl or 1-10C alkenyl, 5-10C cycloalkyl, phenyl, 2-ethoxyethyl, 3-methoxybutyl, arene (optionally substituted by alkyl) or -C(R1)(R2)-COOR'' (preferably ethyl); R1 and R2H, ethyl, propyl or butyl; R'' : Aa, 1-10C alkyl, 1-10C alkenyl, or 3-10C cycloalkyl; AaT or halo-substituted compounds of T; T : phenyl, benzyl, methylbenzyl or phenylbenzyl.
