The frame has a part (2) with the base of frame body for fixation of wheels or blade, and a part (3) with a tip cupel (8). The parts (2, 3) have longitudinal sliding units that cooperate to slide the parts relative to each other from a front introduction position to a rear assembling position. A fixing screw with longitudinal direction and accessible by the front face of the part (3) locks the parts (2, 3) in the assembling position. An independent claim is also included for a skate.
