PROCESS FOR CURING AND AGRICULTURAL UTILIZATION OF POULTRY-INDUSTRY BY-PRODUCT WITH MICROBIOLOGY STARTING CULTURE

Waste material from poultry abattoir (primarily feathers) and other agricultural activities is treated with other waste products using physical and biological methods. At first a homogeneous mixture is produced and this is inoculated with a suitable aerobic starter culture. The supply of oxygen is ensured by mixing, relocating the piles of manure. In the second phase of treatment the nutrient not used directly will be injected with an aerobic starter culture, deposited and stored with a thermophil process producing a pasteurised mixture. After 30 days the treated waste will be suitable for use in horticulture.
