The invention concerns the use of at least one unsaponifiable matter of vegetable oil, in particular of avocado, soybean and/or lupine oils, for preparing a medicine designed to stimulate the expression of TGF-β or the expression of the plasminogen activator PAI-1 inhibitor. The invention also concerns a cosmetic treatment method comprising the application of at least one unsaponifiable matter of a vegetable oil and the use thereof as additive in food for human being and/or animal.
