The NYLON CEMENT SHEETS are made from nylon net(s) or other reinforcing material (s) and cement mortar, and fured in the respective mould/s. Wherein, the nylon net or other reinforcing material/s, the size and spacing of the net depending upon the final requirements of the N.C.Sheets. E.g., Nylon net is being used as double layer of size 0.75 mm thickness and square mesh spacing 20 mm, the Depth & Pitch of corrugation of N.C.Sheets being obtained by corresponding mould, the length of the sheet, overall width of sheet, the effective width of the sheet, the pitch of corrugation, the depth of corrugation, the nominal thickness of sheet, the radius of both ends of corrugation, and the dimensions of NYLON CEMENT SHEETS, and the like parameters, all being designed as per prevaliling staadard &/or customer"s requiements. And when large area is to be covered by roof, the "laps" i.e., overlaps, "one-over-other" being used is to be coverds, so also for fixing the NYLON CEM,ENT SHEETS, known methods of Sawing and Drilling & the like are being employed. "NYLON CEMENT SHEETS" eliminate maximum ill dffects of Prior Arts like A.C. Sheets are hazardous to human health as asbestos causes lung cancer, asbestosis and skin diseases. The main problem of G.I. Sheets is corrosion and requires continuous maintenace. So NYLON CEMENT SHEET provides better roofing sheet.
