Test apparatus for testing syphilis comprising: - a housing having upper and lower parts (UP and LP) made of polypropylene, - the upper part (UP) of the housing contains inlet hole (H) for dropping serum/plasma sample, wash buffer and signal reagent, - a nitrocellulose porous membrane (M) supported on absorbent pad (AP) is placed on the lower part of said housing, - said membrane has two dots T and C on its top, - said test dots includes a mixture of recombinant antigens of Treponema Pallidum namely rTpN17, rTpN47 in phosphate buffer, pH 7.2 and control dot includes protein A in phosphate buffer, pH 7.2 spotted on respective places.
