The invention refers to medicine, in particular to orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.The device contains an integral standard orthodontic archwire (1), rigidly joined with orthodontic rings (2), installed onto the twelfth-year and sixth-year molars, and brackets (3) fixed to the twelfth-year premolar, the canine tooth and two incisor teeth on both sides of the upper jaw, as well as joined with two brackets (4), fixed to the sixth-year premolars, installed with the possibility of displacement thereon. Onto the integral standard orthodontic archwire (1), on the left and on the right, there are installed for one element in the form of clamp (5), the ends of which are made in the form of hook. On each side, one end (6) of each element (5) is fixed to the bracket (4). At the same time, onto the brackets (4) there are made for one hook (7), oriented upwards and joined by means of an elastic tie-rod (8) with the hook (9) of the orthodontic rings (10), installed onto the twelfth-year molars of the lower jaw.
