1) Synthesis: The present invention refers to an additive added previously to or during the grinding process of the Portland hydraulic cement, particularly a cement containing pozzolan or limestone for substantially increasing the compression resistance at all ages. Said increase in resistance allows the cement formulation to use a reduced amount of clinker and an increased amount of reactive loads, such as pozzolan or limestone, thereby reducing the cement cost and maintaining the quality thereof according to the international standards, i.e., ASTM-C150 specifications. 2) Formula: a. Adding amides in a weight ratio of about 0.0001% to about 0.2% based on the cement dry weight. b. Adding sugars in a weight ratio of about 0.0001% to about 0.20% based on the cement dry weight. c. Adding alkaline or earth-alkaline chloride in a weight ratio of about 0.0001% to about 0.2% based on the cement dry weight. d. Adding simple amines in a weight ratio of about 0.0001% to about 0.20% based on the cement dry weight. e. Furthermore, the cement may contain agents for the inclusion or exclusion of air, preservation agents, agents for accelerating and retarding the set-up time and other additives commonly used in the cement or concrete industry.
