The grip (2) includes an elongated support surface (4) for the lower arm (6) and a handle (8) is provided at one end of this surface. This surface is oriented at an acute angle relative to the horizontal so that the handle is at the top end of the surface. An arm is secured to the underside of the grip at one and to a flange for securing the grip to the wall or the like at the other end.
